But this year's deluge of rainfall in that region seems to have them a bit more curious than usual. In the case of this gator, that's not a good thing.

Curiosity killed the cat... and look what else:
A friend sent me a picture of an alligator that crawled into another friend's yard in Bossier City. This subdivision is not that far from where I used to live in Shreveport, Lousiana. The gator measured 8 feet 11 inches long, and predictably, someone shot it.
